I've shown a few colour options as examples, but take a look at my colour swatches, and pick your favorite ones - it's up to you how you want it. If there is a specific colour you would like that isn't listed, send me an image of it and I will colour match it as best I can. If you need inspiration go to Design Seeds, they have a lot of great colour combos!

- FULL NAME, either first name/middle name or first name/surname
- DATE baby was born on
- TIME baby was born at
- HOSPITAL/CITY baby was born in
- WEIGHT AND LENGTH of baby (metric or imperial)
- SEX of baby
- WHAT 5 COLOURS you would like for the text
- ADDITIONAL WORDS if any, or replacements for the words already used
